This update to the “Interactions” menu will allow you to schedule new meetings with clients as interactions on GrowthWheel Online. You will be able to manage, track, and maintain an overview of all meetings, and to separate new interactions from past interactions.
When adding a new interaction, you can immediately share the interaction with your client by email so that the event is both visible to you and your client.
This update will also allow you to add more detailed information to new interactions. You can find out more about this feature below and see the first mock-ups.
#1 Create new interaction
Fill in all the relevant open fields for your new meeting, such as type, data and time, location and and purpose. You can also add private notes to the new interaction or add decisions and actions.
#2 Share your new meeting
Use and edit the email template to invite your client to a future meeting. You will also be able to add the meeting to your Google, iCal, or Outlook Calendar.
#3 Manage and download interactions
You can manage all past and upcoming interactions on GrowthWheel Online and download the list as a visual PDF report.
