Accessibility at GrowthWheel

GrowthWheel is committed to making GrowthWheel Online usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Our target standard

We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the US Department of Justice's ADA Title II web accessibility rule, by Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, and by EN 301 549 in Europe.

Where we are today

We are assessing GrowthWheel Online against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and expect to publish an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT) here in early 2027. It will set out honestly which criteria we meet, which we partially meet, and where we fall short, together with our plan and timeline for addressing the gaps.

We would rather tell you accurately where we stand than claim a level of conformance we have not verified.

Telling us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier using GrowthWheel Online, please tell us. We want to hear about it, and reports from people actually using the product are the most valuable input we get.

It helps if you can tell us what you were trying to do, the page or feature involved, and what assistive technology, browser or device you were using — but please get in touch even if you cannot provide all of that.

We will acknowledge your message within 5 business days and tell you what we intend to do.
