In GrowthWheel International ApS, we take the security of your data very seriously. We therefore advise you to thoroughly read through this privacy policy that explains to you how we protect your personal data.
This privacy policy concerns the protection of your personal data in the online platform www.growthwheel.net, in the policy referred to as GrowthWheel Online or the online platform.
In this privacy policy, we will refer to GrowthWheel International ApS, which is the Danish mother company and also includes the subsidiary in the US, GrowthWheel International Inc. In The below policy, GrowthWheel International ApS is referred to as GrowthWheel Int.
About GrowthWheel Online
The GrowthWheel Online is a cloud based online platform for business advisors, their client companies, and their mentors where they can collaborate, share tools, and plan decisions and actions to make the client companies grow.
Collection of Your Personal Data
GrowthWheel Int. collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, e-mail address, job title, as well as contact information on the organization through which you have access to the online platform. We use this information for operating the services of GrowthWheel Online.
When you use GrowthWheel Online we collect the following information about your computer hardware and software: your IP address, browser type, domain names, operating systems, time and duration of login, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the usage of GrowthWheel Online.
Moreover, GrowthWheel Online allows you to enter information about yourself and the people that you invite to work with you on the online platform. It also allows you to share the information with those same people. Please note that the data you add and choose to share with other people may be used by these people.
On GrowthWheel Online, you will find links to third party websites. GrowthWheel Int. are not responsible for the content of these websites.
GrowthWheel Int. have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that GrowthWheel Online is not infected by viruses, trojan horses, or the like. GrowthWheel Int. however cannot guarantee that the website is free of those malicious software and we are not responsible for the loss or damages they might cause.
Use of Your Personal Data
GrowthWheel Int. use your personal data and business information to operate GrowthWheel Online and deliver the services we offer.
If you are a business advisor GrowthWheel Int. also use your personal data to inform you about updates, products, and services that we offer. As business advisor we may also get in touch with you to to hear what you think about current or future services from GrowthWheel.
GrowthWheel Int. also use your personal data to provide you and your organization with notifications about your usage of GrowthWheel Online. You can turn off these notifications in your user settings.
GrowthWheel Int. have colleagues in the United States, South Africa, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Philippines. The employees in GrowthWheel Int. have access to those of your personal data they need in order to be able to provide you with the best customer service and develop the GrowthWheel tools and online platform.
To protect the personal data of our users and to comply with the new European rules on data protection, all suppliers to GrowthWheel Int. that are processing personal data of our clients, the client companies, and our employees have signed data processor agreements. Furthermore, all employees of GrowthWheel Int. residing outside the so called third party countries (non-EU or EAA countries), have signed standard contractual clauses written by the EU in which they commit to keeping your data safe and confidential and not disclosing it to people outside GrowthWheel Int.
GrowthWheel Int. does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
If the Employee due to job function technically has the option of accessing client company data the employee will only do so with permission from the client or the associated advisor. In cases where such access is needed for a technical task to be performed, the employee will first get written permission from a superior.
GrowthWheel Int. will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on GrowthWheel Int. or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of GrowthWheel Int.; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of GrowthWheel Int., or the public.
We will keep the personal data of the GrowthWheel Certified Advisors for up to 10 years after the license has been terminated. We will keep the personal data of Mentors and Client Companies for 12 months after they have stopped using the online platform. We use these data to generate general statistics about the usage of GrowthWheel Online.
You can always contact us if you want to know which information we have on you, and you can at any time request a copy in digital format of your data or that they are changed or deleted from GrowthWheel Online. You also can request us to transfer your data to another data controller. Do this by writing us at support@growthwheel.com. Please be aware that in case you ask us to delete your personal data from GrowthWheel Online, you will lose your access to the platform.
Use of Cookies
GrowthWheel Int. use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience on GrowthWheel Online and to get a general idea of the traffic in the site. Children Under 16 Years
GrowthWheel Int. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of sixteen. If you are under the age of sixteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Opt-out and Unsubscribe
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt out of receiving any or all communications from GrowthWheel Int. by contacting us below or by unsubscribing in the bottom of the announcements.

You also have the right to reach out to the national data protection authorities in your country if you believe that GrowthWheel Int. are not compliant with the data protection regulations.
