GrowthWheel Learning Management System (LMS) License Terms


Free Limited LMS License with GrowthWheel content:
GrowthWheel Course Modules can be offered for free to all clients by GrowthWheel Certified Advisors for up to 100 active users. For more than 100 active users a fee of $100 per month applies.

Revenue share on GrowthWheel content:
It's an option to charge for the GrowthWheel Course Modules courses.
If client companies are charged for GrowthWheel Courses a fee of 50% of the income applies. Also Stripe will charge a Creditcard processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction. GrowthWheel will collect the payments and reimburse your organization.

Coupon codes:
It’s an option to issue coupon codes for e.g. 50% or 100% to clients. Only collected revenue is shared with GrowthWheel.

GrowthWheel LMS Plans:

  • Basic (Shared Site) — Access a shared GrowthWheel LMS with all courses included in your GrowthWheel license for up to 100 active users.

  • Co-Branded — Your own site with your logo, links to your website, and a custom intake form to capture the participant details you need. Up to 100 active users at $25/month. You decide whether to charge your participants.

  • Premium — Everything in Co-Branded plus a customized design and the ability to add your own pre-recorded content and Live Events. Up to 100 active users at $100/month.

PREMIUM Plan License Terms:

The full LMS License Fee is $100 per month for up to 100 active users.

  • Additional 101-200 active client accounts: $100

  • Additional 201-500 active clients accounts; $100

  • Additional 501-600 active client accounts: $100

Inactive users and de-activation:
Users can be made inactive when not engaged in training and not be counted against the total amount of active accounts.

Price regulation
The price will remain unchanged for 12 months after signup. After 12 months GrowthWheel reserves the right to regulated the price with up to 5% per annum.

Invoicing and Payment terms
The LMS License Fee is invoiced monthly upfront after the release date, or annually if requested. Payment terms are 14 days net. Hereafter 1% interest per month.For payments with credit card via PayPal a 2% fee is added.

Termination:
The License Agreement can be terminated with a three (3) months notice.
