With our new feature in Interactions, you can do exactly that—helping your clients stay on track and move forward with confidence.
How to do it
To get started, open any client interaction, complete your meeting notes, and click Generate AI Action Plan in the Decisions & Actions section.
The AI analyzes your interaction title, purpose, and private notes to generate a list of next steps.
Review the suggested list, make any edits you need, and share the relevant ones with your client.
All shared items will automatically be added to the meeting summary email.
